By accessing or using the Acru website and calculator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service and are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

2.1 No Financial Advice

WE ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVISORS, INVESTMENT ADVISORS, TAX ADVISORS, LEGAL ADVISORS, OR MORTGAGE BROKERS. Our Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We are not licensed to provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or mortgage advice in any Canadian jurisdiction.

2.2 Calculator Results

All calculator results are ESTIMATES ONLY based on assumptions that may be incorrect. Actual results will vary and may differ significantly from estimates. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or projections.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACRU, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses or investment losses
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors in calculations or projections
  • Reliance on information provided by the Service
  • Interruption or termination of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100 UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • You assume all risks associated with using the Service
  • You are responsible for understanding applicable laws and regulations
  • You must seek professional advice before making financial decisions
  • You must protect your account information and notify us of unauthorized use

9. Termination

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
